Delete your account

You can erase your Listing Studio account and everything stored against it. This is permanent.

Fastest way: in the app

Open Listing Studio, go to Account → Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion happens immediately — no waiting on us.

If you've already uninstalled the app

Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days, usually within two business days.

Send to privacy@selltomars.com from your account email address, so we can verify the request is yours. If you email from a different address we'll ask you to confirm from the account address before proceeding.

What gets deleted

Permanently, with no recovery window:

Your login and profile — email, display name, authentication record
Every saved listing and draft
Your credit balance and full transaction history
Your subscription records in our database
Your preferences — language, default marketplace, currency

What does not get deleted

Your App Store or Google Play subscription. See the warning below.
Purchase records Apple, Google, or Stripe keep for their own tax and accounting obligations.
Backups and server logs, which are overwritten on their normal rotation within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, and you will keep being billed by Apple or Google until you cancel it in your store account.

Export anything you want to keep. Open each listing and use Export to TSV before you delete. We cannot recover listings afterwards.

Unused credits

Credits are forfeited on deletion and have no cash value. Deleting the account is not a refund — see Terms of Service.
